Terms of Use

These notes explain the use of Fragio and its companion website. The app’s license remains governed by the applicable Apple standard end user license agreement.

App license

For an App Store copy of Fragio, refer to Apple’s Standard EULA linked below for the license terms. This page does not replace that agreement or limit rights you have under applicable law.

Your content

You retain your rights in the memories and other content you create, including photos, stickers, 3D scans and models. You are responsible for having permission to capture, store or share content involving others and their property. Scan source photos can contain people or background details beyond the object itself; review them before sharing a model package. Using Fragio does not transfer ownership of your memories to us.

Keeping your data safe

The app stores its working data locally. Protect your device, backups and exported files, which may include personal text, locations, models and scan source photos. Current JSON archives do not include reminders or all preferences. Blur is not encryption, and deletion has no general undo. Website fragments are a separate public demo and are not a backup, private notebook or app synchronization service.

Submitting to the website

Submit only material you have the right to share publicly. By submitting a fragment, you allow the website to store and make it available as part of the demo. Do not submit sensitive personal information, unlawful content, content that infringes others’ rights, or requests intended to disrupt the service.

Availability and external services

Features may change with app updates. Website hosting, system location services and storage destinations you choose depend on their respective providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of data from your device. Nothing here removes protections required by applicable law.

Stopping use and updates

You can stop using the app or website at any time. Deleting the app does not delete exported files, backups or website submissions. Consult Privacy Policy for those distinctions. Updated information will appear on this page when the service changes.
